Okay he or Shi looks male but as a reminder that he is not totally HE I tried adding feminine eyes (And some have noticed in non pregnant pics in the past when the comic was still being made that he or Shi has really Feminine eyes).

But I think the different is that Herm pregnancy sounds more realistic than Mpreg.
And I don't think I've seen that sketch. But I'll look again for it.
